Kat Nacario is the heart and soul behind Front Row Salon (or fROW for short), a space where beauty, creativity, and good vibes collide. With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Kat has mastered the art of making people look and feel amazing—all while having a blast doing it. Specializing in Sahag Dry Cutting and color for all ages and genders, Kat brings her unique flair to every style, creating looks that are as individual as her clients.
Originally from the East Bay, Kat’s journey took her to Boston and New York for training before she landed in Petaluma to launch fROW in 2020. A global educator for Number 4 High Performance Hair Care, she travels the world to share her expertise, but her true passion is right here in the salon, where she works with her assistant to mentor the next generation of stylists.
Kat’s energy is as vibrant as her personality—she’s an extroverted extrovert who loves connecting with people and making everyone feel like a rockstar. Whether she’s crafting the perfect haircut, fighting for human and animal rights, or belting out her favorite Bruce Springsteen tunes, Kat does it all with passion and a sense of childlike wonder.
A proud granddaughter of Filipino immigrants, Kat brings her heritage, humor, and love for life into everything she does. When she’s not at the salon, you’ll find her traveling the world, soaking up new experiences, or hanging out with her musician partner and their three adorable kitties.

Seana Keville is a true industry veteran with almost 40 years of experience in the beauty world. She opened her first salon, Head and Soul, in San Francisco’s Russian Hill back in 1997 and still proudly owns and operates it today. After relocating to Petaluma, Seana joined the Front Row Salon (fROW) team to work closer to home while continuing to share her wealth of knowledge and passion for the craft.
A jack of all trades, Seana is an educator for Hotheads Extensions and Sweet Smoothing Treatments, helping stylists elevate their skills. She’s also the creative force behind Thread and Soul, a beautifully curated second-hand boutique just around the corner from fROW.
When she’s not working her magic behind the chair or running her businesses, Seana loves traveling with her paintballing partner, fostering puppies, and rocking out at metal shows. She’s a devoted stepmom and fur mama, always making time for her stepson and furry babies.
At fROW, Seana brings her decades of expertise, rockstar energy, and love for making people feel their best. Because, let’s be real—you deserve to be celebrated like the rockstar you are.

Ruthie Grayson is the calm, grounding force at Front Row Salon (aka fROW), where her precision haircuts and serene energy make every client feel like a million bucks. With over 20 years of experience, Ruthie’s hands move like they’re dancing as she creates flawless, wearable art. Trained by industry legends like Davines and Sally Rogerson, she’s traveled the world to learn and teach, but her heart is always in the salon chair, making people feel their best.
Originally from Marin, Ruthie’s passion for beauty is matched only by her love for her horse, Millie—who she flew halfway around the world to bring home. When she’s not riding Millie or traveling to improve her equestrian and hair skills, Ruthie is cheering on her two boys (one a traveling volleyball star, the other navigating adulthood). She enjoys hanging out with her husband, two pups, and a kitchen full of delicious homemade meals.

Alex Diaz Weakley is the heart and soul of Front Row Salon (fROW), keeping everything running smoothly with their meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication. As both the salon manager and a skilled esthetician, Alex wears many hats—from managing day-to-day operations to specializing in body waxing for all genders using her fun, glittery vegan hard wax.
Alex’s happily loud laugh and warm energy make them a joy to be around, and her commitment to perfection ensures that every aspect of the salon is cared for as if it were her own. Outside of work, Alex cherishes their alone time, whether she’s diving into a good book, binge-watching international TV series, or playing her Nintendo Switch. They share a beautiful life with her wife and their two cats, and their love for animals extends to anything soft, squishy, and cute.

Jessica Scott is the creative genius behind the nails at Front Row Salon (or fROW, if you’re cool). With nearly 10 years in the industry, Jess specializes in jaw-dropping nail art and soft gel techniques that are as unique as her clients. Her fun-loving personality and infectious laugh make every appointment feel like a hangout with your bestie—except you leave with nails so good they belong on a red carpet.
A Petaluma native, Jess is a plant mama with a home that looks like a jungle and a 19lb cat named Benny who’s basically her shadow. When she’s not crafting nail masterpieces, you’ll find her reading a good book, exploring the outdoors, or cuddling all the fluffy babies she can find.

With over 20 years of experience and training from the legendary Vidal Sassoon Academy and color icon Tracy Cunningham in Beverly Hills, Jelena’s passion for color is unmatched. Whether she’s crafting the perfect balayage or a bold, head-turning hue, her smile and childlike enthusiasm light up the room.
Originally from Serbia, Jelena moved to the U.S. in her early 20s and has been making people feel special ever since. When she’s not in the salon, she’s diving into her other passions—astrology, herbalism, and holistic wellness—or dancing, exploring nature, and having as much fun as humanly possible.

Abbie Delaney is the bright, sunny spirit of Front Row Salon (fROW), bringing a fresh and energetic approach to everything she does. Though she’s only been in the industry a couple of years, her skill set far exceeds her experience. Abbie loves creating lived-in looks and approaches every client with care, matching their energy—whether they’re calm and relaxed or fun and bubbly.
A Petaluma native, Abbie takes her training seriously and is always seeking out new techniques to elevate her craft. When she’s not at the salon, you’ll find her traveling to Idaho to visit her sister and little nephew, belting out tunes at karaoke nights with friends, or snuggling at home with her pups and bunny. A former volleyball player, Abbie still loves a good workout and brings that same determination to her work and friendships.

A Sonoma County native and our resident goth girly, Kiona might always be in all-black everything, but her smile and gentle energy light up the room. A true animal lover, she adores spending time with her kitties, pup, and chinchilla. When she’s not at the salon, Kiona is a badass baker, keeping the team stocked with delicious treats.

Olivia Roo is the skincare wizard and creative powerhouse at Front Row Salon (or fROW, for the cool kids). Originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Olivia found her calling in California, where she specializes in relaxing, results-driven facials, brow lamination, and lash lifts that leave you glowing inside and out.
But that’s not all—Olivia is also the brains behind Lucky Links, her permanent jewelry business. Whether she’s in the salon, hosting pop-ups, or sparking joy at parties, Olivia’s silver and gold-filled chains with personalized charms are the perfect way to celebrate you.
A bonafide Swiftie, avid baker, and crafting queen, Olivia’s creative energy is as infectious as her love for her cat, Bo, and her husband. At fROW, Olivia’s mission is to make you feel pampered, celebrated, and totally rockstar-worthy. Because hey, you deserve it.
