Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hours notice.

Our policy for all hair appointments:

Please fill out and sign all forms sent to you via email/ text prior to your appointment.

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services or $75, whichever is greater. The same policy applies for partial cancellation of services and no-show appointments. (ie. if you’re booked for a cut and color but only want a cut ½ of your color service will still be charged)

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the full service(s) requested. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

and esthetic (i.e. facials, waxing, etc.) appointments:

In regard to nail services: if you are receiving a nail service with art you must fill out the Nail Art Form. If your form is not filled out at least 48 hours before your appointment, any time taken from your appointment to discuss art may result in a simpler design due to time constraints. The full price of the appointment will still be charged.

For all services: 

A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide. In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or the full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost.

We realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least 3 hours’ notice.

If the same appointment is rescheduled or canceled and rebooked more than twice, the next appointment must be paid in full before it can be scheduled again.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service(s), please reach out to the salon within one week of your appointment and we will make the proper accommodations to rectify the situation.

Our salon space is not an environment that is safe for children due to sharp tools, hair chemicals, etc. readily available for our stylists to use. Please do not bring them to the salon with you for your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.
